Perform this massage while standing. Push your shoulders slightly backwards and use both hands for the massage. Begin kneading by moving your hands downwards and to the sides from the centerline of your hips. Repeat the same movement, but apply more strength. To have a deeper effect, clench your fists and make circular movements with the backs of your hands.
