The secret to the French figure!
This salad recipe is mostly used by French women. Sadly, there's no information on whether the results of eating this salad are true or a mere myth, but the French believe it firms and smoothens the skin, and adds flex and softness to your hair. It could be that this salad has such effects thanks to minerals and vitamin C it contains. Oat flakes and apples are also good for you digestion.
2 heaped spoon of oat flakes
2 spoons of boiled water (cooled)
3 spoons of boiled milk (cooled)
1 big apple
Cover the oat flakes with boiled water about an hour before making the salad. In a while, add milk, sguar, and a roughly grated apple (unpeeled, well-washed). Finally squeeze in one lemon’s worth of juice. The salad is ready to be served.
