The sun is our biggest source of health. Sunbathing fills us with vitality and willingness. The first rays of sunlight lift our spirits in springtime. The sun revives functions of your entire body and this has a positive effect on your mind too. A rule of thumb is that you shouldn’t be in direct sunlight longer than an hour without a break. If you have the opportunity, dip yourself in water, cream yourself, and only then continue sunbathing. Keep your feet bare as contact with ground massages them and stimulates blood circulation. Always remember to use sun glasses. While reading, sunlight reflects heavily from paper and damages your eyes. Cover your head with a thin light hat or scarf. Falling asleep under the sun is considered very harmful.
What’s most important – apply lotion in decent amounts! If you don’t wish to use strong sun protection, use a gentler product, but never drop using it altogether. Since your skin needs moisture, you can cream your ankles too. Their skin tends to dry in hot sand. A cold shower is good for you, as is a short swim, ball game, a bit of yoga, or some exercise.
Wishing you lots of sunshine,
