  • Each night before you sleep, complete the following statement: “ I am thankful for …”
  • Remember that stress is an attitude. 
  • Spend time with people who make you feel good. 
  • Be grateful for all the things you have. 
  • Find ways to release your stress often.  
  • Make your home comfortable.
  • Talk less, listen more. 
  • Give someone unconditional love. 
  • Free your mind from resentments. 
  • Make peace with your past, enjoy your present, and hope for your future. 
  • Time heals almost everything. Sometimes all you need is time.
