  • Determine and love your personal values. 
  • Stand up for what you believe in. 
  • Forgive someone for something right now. 
  • Free your mind from negative self-talk. 
  • Look in the eyes of someone you love when you´re talking to them. 
  • Get rid of anything that isn´t useful, beautiful, or joyful. 
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables. 
  • Enjoy the journey of your life. There are no endpoints, just turning points. 
  • Walk with your partner more often. 
  • Communicate clearly. 
  • Live with the 3 E´s: Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy, and the 3 F´s: Faith, Family, Friends. 
  • Practice grace under pressure. 
  • Celebrate your successes, and learn from your failures. 
  • Free your mind from anxiety.
  • Don´t make assumptions, ask questions instead.
