  • Avoid negative people. 
  • Learn to forgive yourself for any mistake you make, no matter how big or small.
  • Be zealous, not jealous.
  • Feel free to cry when you need to. 
  • Start your day in a positive way by thinking positive thoughts. 
  • Do more of the things that give you pleasure. 
  • Free your mind from worry. 
  • Practice patience, compassion, and mindfulness- each and everyday. 
  • Remember that happiness is achievable for all of us. 
  • Always work on improving yourself. 
  • Take time each day to do something you enjoy. 
  • Life is not about winning or losing, it´s about living. 
  • Enjoy the simple pleasures in your life. And never take them for granted. 
  • Slow down once in a while, and take time to enjoy all the beauty around you.
