  • Do the right things, always!
  • Forgive everyone, including yourself, for everything. 
  • Develop and maintain intimate relationship with people around you. Life is less lonely that way.  
  • Develop equanimity in the face of daily life challenges. 
  • Get in touch with someone you haven´t heard from in a while. 
  • Recall happy memories. 
  • Know when to say no. 
  • Life isn´t always fair, but it´s still good. 
  • Be responsible for your feelings. 
  • Turn on happy music and dance. 
  • Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Keep your mind free of worries during this time. 
  • No matter how you feel today, get up, dress up, and show up. 
  • Be on time. 
  • Follow your heart when you´re faced with a tough situation. 
  • You don´t have to win every argument. Be able to agree to disagree. 
  • Smile and laugh more often. It will preserve your youthfulness and keep the wrinkles away. 
  • Get adequate sleep each night. 
  • Make time for yourself, your life, and your loved ones. 
  • Take responsibility for what you think, feel and do. 
  • Live your life for yourself, fully and without regrets. 
  • Look at the positive side of every bad situation.
