  • Become a part of your community
  • Pick yourself up when you´re down, even when it´s hard.
  • Wear brighter colors.
  • Your job and your boss won´t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and family will. So prioritize your life accordingly.
  • Don´t get upset as stress relief.
  • Do some volunteer work in your community.
  • Put safety first.
  • Accept the things you cannot change.
  • Be understanding and generous. Help others every chance you get.
  • Give a friend a big hug.
  • You are the boss of your life. Manage it well.
  • Embrace your spirituality.
  • Change one of your faults.
  • Live your life, not stuff.
  • When you wake up in the morning, complete the following statement: “ My purpose today is ...“
  • Laugh at jokes
  • Be generous with your time, heart, attention, and Money.
  • Find meaning and purpose in everything you do, including work
  • Strive for progress, not perfection.
  •  Thrive on your inner peace instead of on crises.
