Grains, legumes, roots, vegetables, and nuts all contain fats our bodies enjoy, but we couldn’t ever eat as much of them as is needed to satisfy the fat-need of our organisms. That’s why it’s more reasonable to use oils themselves than try to get them from food.
Nut oils have the purest taste, followed by olive oil, soy oil, lens oil, hemp oil, sunflower oil, and linseed oil.
In addition to plain administering, oils can also be used when preparing grain, legume, or seed foods, or in root and vegetable dressings. You should definitely use more oil in winter, as our bodies need more fat when it’s cold. People who suffer from obesity or have an inherit tendency for it, should use a bit less than others.
It would be better to change the oils you use, rather than use one and the same all the time. You definitely don’t have to use one
oil at a time. At first, a new type of oil can taste funny, but getting use to it takes a bit of time. Don't let that bother you.
