Usually we tend to breathe very casually without giving it much thought. Yet we know that air provides our organism with essential oxygen we need for all our bodily functions. Our blood must be enriched with all kinds of necessary ingredients and oxygen is among the most important. As every movement increases blood flow and deepens our breath, we must be able to move more and faster to train our lungs. We must walk, run, swim, and row.
