A few tips for reducing your appetite!

Here are a few simple tips for taming your excessive appetite.

  • Dandelion leaf tea
Drink 2-3 times a day.
You should note for dandelion leaf tea that it drains fluids from your body. Therefore, you shouldn’t drink it too much.

  • Strong fennel tea
Increases appetite and supports digestion. It also improves secretion of all human glands, especially mammary glands, and increases urine output. It has become well-known relief for cough, respiratory catarrh, or indigestion.

  • Potato juice
Drink every morning!
Raw potatoes are washed, peeled thinly, ground with a standard grate, and then minced with a meat grinder. The resulting mash is strained by squeezing or by pressing through gauze or a thin cloth. Juice is made at room temperature shortly before use.

It is not recommended to make a days supply of juice up front as it tends to go sour in time and starch begins to precipitate.

  • Rub your limbs with ice. It adds tone and helps to lose weight.
