Spread a small towel and fold it in half so it forms an oval shape. Dip the towel into cold water and wring it. Then take one end of the towel with your right hand and use the other to beat under your chin and the lower part of your left cheek. The strikes have to be short, fast, and quite strong. After 10 to 15 strikes, take the towel in your left hand and beat the lower part of your right cheek and under your chin. Repeat this series 4-5 times on both sides until your skin gets a pinkish hue.

If you truly wish a beautiful chin-line, then don’t place reading material on a table or on your knees. Things you read should be held in hand at eye-level or on a table further away from you to achieve the correct reading angle. For normal vision, reading distance is usually 30 cm. When walking, try to keep your head high. This will help you preserve a beautiful and well-formed chin!
