How can someone on a raw food diet do more physical work?
Tests and surveys have shown that vegetarians are more productive at physical work than meat-eaters. How come?
Raw food doesn’t contain as many acids as meat products. Acids are accumulated in our blood and muscles, and cause fatigue.
Plants, on the other hand, contain less acid and don’t drain us as quickly.
Since meat is swallowed as relatively large chunks, it burdens our digestive system and hurts our stomach. And if one organ staggers, the performance of our entire body is automatically compromised.
