If you wish to have a beautiful well-trained upper body
Chest muscles are attached to the bones that form your shoulders. A beautiful chest means strong and well-formed chest muscles.
A good-looking chest needs care early on. Girls should begin wearing a bra already at 13 or 14, even if it seems unnecessary. They should also be trained from an early age to rinse their chest and waist with cold water after washing. There is nothing better than cold water to keep skin firm. And there is nothing better than gymnastics to keep your muscles flexible.
We’ll describe a few exercises that are meant for your arms but also have a good impact on your chest muscles.
- Shoulder circles
- Squeezing your palms together in front of your chest
- Swinging your elbows backwards
- Swinging your arms
- Raising your arms
- Arm circles
- Swim-movements with your arms
While performing this workout you should always remember to breathe regularly. You can repeat one exercise 10 to 20 times.
Begin with a smaller number and increase your load after a while as you feel comfortable.
Sadly, women with a completely deformed chest cannot expect to achieve the beautiful shape of their younger years simply by exercising, swimming, or rowing. This is why breast surgery is performed in extreme cases. We must stress that every woman needs to decide for themselves whether they’re satisfied with their body or not, and whether they wish to intervene medically.
Remember – the first wealth is health!
