To massage this area of your body, lie on your back, bend your knees, and place your soles close to your buttocks. Rub your stomach with both hands, moving from below your chest towards your legs. Since abdominal muscles are difficult to reach for massaging and wrong techniques can be harmful for your internal organs, it’s recommended to feel your stomach with both hands at once. This stimulation of blood flow can reduce the layer of fatty tissue that tends to form on your belly.
