Don’t de-skin chicken too early!
Scientists have proved that it’s not reasonable to de-skin chicken before cooking since it becomes dry and this is nearly impossible to remedy. Chicken should be prepared with the skin intact as it leaves it juicy and tender. Furthermore, the amount of fat that seeps from the skin during cooking is nearly nonexistent. If your aim is to avoid consuming excessive animal fat, it's useful to remove chicken skin after cooking.
Here we should show gratitude towards poultry farmers since modern chickens have a very thin fatty layer. The hope remains that today’s poultry has retained its nutritional value.
