Massaging the back of the neck
Rub muscles of the back of your neck with circular downwards movements of your fingertips. Massage the top par of your trapezius muscle with light squeezes from the back of your neck to your shoulders. Squeeze the left-side muscle with your right-hand fingers moving downwards and to the side, towards the shoulder. Do this sitting, with your body inclined slightly forward and to the left. Place your left arm freely on your thigh, and then begin kneading the right-side muscle with your left hand.
