Excessive foot sweating
Sweaty feet are a normal phenomenon, yet it can become a significant problem when it begins to occur often. Then you’re dealing with excessive foot sweating.
The cause of the problem is most likely to lie in our habits. We should ask ourselves – do we wash our feet often enough? Do we wear closed rubber-soled shoes when it’s hot outside? Do we wear socks and stockings for several days in a row? If your answer to these questions is “yes”, then you're hurting your feet every day and are in risk of developing excessive sweating.
Excessive foot sweating is a result of overheating your feet, and it can lead to inflammation and various fungal diseases. Feet need care as soon as you notice a problem. You should definitely begin with washing your feet twice per day. You should also change your socks or stockings as often. If that does not help, you should not hesitate to contact a doctor since our poor foot hygiene does not only affect ourselves, but also people surrounding us.
