  • Store your nail polish in the refrigerator to maintain its smooth consistency.
  • When washing your hair, remember to rub your hair only in one direction to avoid hair tangling. 
  • When eating out, add a little butter or no butter to your food. 
  • Choose fish more often for lunch or dinner. Look for fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon, trout, and herring.
  • For dessert, make chocolate or butterscotch pudding with fat-free or low-fat milk. 
  • Fresh carrot juice is high in calcium and phosphorus. It is great for strengthening your nails. 
  • For dessert, have baked apples, pears, or a fruit salad. 
  • Make sure you eat protein every meal. Good sources of protein includes fish, lean meat, yogurt, cheese, nuts, or beans.
  • Plan vacation into your calendar. Take time off to stop and smell the roses. You will look and feel younger when you are relaxed and calm. 
  • Choose mission figs, yellow raisins, dried cranberries, or gogi berries alongside traditional dried fruit like dark raisins and dried apricots. 
  • Studies show that the color blue is an appetite suppressant. Use blue dinner plates and table clothes, instead of orange, red or yellow. 
  • Don´t starve yourself. It is both dangerous and ineffective in the long run. 
  • Sweet potatoes contain lots of vitamin A, which is a remarkable anti-aging and anti-wrinkling vitamin.
  • Instead of relying on butter or sugary sauces to flavor your food, try hot sauce, salsa or Cajun seasonings. They add great flavors with fewer calories. 
  • A balanced diet consisting of calcium, vitamins, and proteins should be taken to keep your skin healthy.
