  • Keep your nails nice and trimmed. Nails longer than 3 centimeters are more likely to carry bacteria and fungus.
  • Yellow teeth are usually caused by smoking, coffee, soda, or juice. Whiten your teeth with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.
  • Dry skin is prone to wrinkles! Remember to apply cream generously around your eye and mouth, as wrinkles tend to form here first.
  • Choose nuts as a snack, on salads, or in main dishes. Use nuts to replace meat or poultry, not in additional to these items.
  • Make your lip lines disappear by applying your lipstick vertically instead of horizontally.
  • Calories from beverage are called “discretionary calories” because they are extras in your diet and should be limited.
  • For healthy nails, eat a diet of 50% fruits and raw vegetables, and drink plenty of water each day.
  • All you need is a light application of eyeliner to enhance the beauty of your eyes. Remember not to over do it.
  • After tweezing your eyebrows, you can use wet tea bags to shoot the skin around your eyebrows.
  • Shrink your pimple by placing an ice cube in a thin dish towel on the zit for about 3 minutes; this will reduce the swelling and redness.
  • Avoid after-dinner snack. But if you want to munch on something while watching T.V., eat an apple.
  • If you have age spots, wash your face with buttermilk. The acid from the butter milk cleanses your face and rids your face of age spots.
  • Buy packages of veggies such as baby carrots or celery sticks for quick snacks.
  • To burn 100 calories, try walking up and down a flight of stairs for 10 minutes straight.
