  • Get a massage at least once a month to help reduce stress, promote calmness and stimulate oxygenation throughout your body.
  • Never underestimate the power of beautiful eyebrow, as they can greatly enhance your face.
  • Do not apply your eyeliner in a thick line. It makes your eye look puffy, heavy and tired.
  • Dried fruits make a great snack. They are easy to carry and store well. Keep a package of dried fruit in your desk at work.
  • A liquid eyeliner or a cake eyeliner that you use with a fine brush will stay on the best.
  • When eating out, order foods that do not have creamy sauces or gravies.
  • Watch your diet! Oily, deep-fried, and fatty foods can all contribute to greasy skin and scalp.
  • As part of nutritious, seasonal dinner, try cutting up and grilling fresh peppers, sweet onions, zucchini, yellow squash, and eggplant.
  • Eat wheat germ each day to get rid of your pimples. Adding wheat germ to your cereal, yogurt, or cottage cheese can make it tastier.
  • You need to sleep adequately in order for your body to burn fat efficiently. You need at least 8 hours of sleep per night.
  • Brown sugar can exfoliate your skin and rid the pores of oil, dirt and dead skin cells on your face.
  • Replace your mascara every 2-3 months. Old mascara is full of germs.
  • Keep your face clean! Wash it two times a day with a mild soap and warm water. While washing, gently massage your face in circular motions.
  • Deep-set eyes can be made prominent by applying a pale shade of eye shadow over your lid and darker shadow under your brow.
  • Keel a food diary as well as an exercise diary. This way, you can track your input and output calories.
