  • Buy skinless chicken parts, or take off the skin before cooking.
  • Get some weight lifting done 2 or 3 times per week to tone and strengthen your muscles to keep looking and feeling young.
  • Don´t indulge in too much fatty or deep-fried foods as they can dull and age your skin prematurely.
  • The night before a party or big event, exfoliate your entire body in the shower to achieve amazingly smooth and sexy looking skin.
  • Select fruit with more potassium, such as bananas, prunes and prune juice, dried peaches and apricots, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon.
  • Stop popping your pimples! Doing so can push bacteria deeper into your skin, leading to redness, swelling and scarring.
  • Trim away all of the visible fat from meats and poultry before cooking.
  • Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet may reduce risk for stroke and perhaps other cardiovascular diseases.
  • Moisturize immediately after washing your face with soap or face wash. It helps keeping your skin hydrated and preventing wrinkles.
  • Stress will always have negative effects on your skin. Find ways to avoid stress. For example, do yoga or meditation everyday.
  • If you have small eyes, use only light colored eye shadows, and use no more than 2 shades at once.
  • To make on-the-go breakfasts easier to eat, place fresh fruit, bars, or small bags of cereal in a basket by the door; be sure to pack the night before.
  • Avoid using perfume lotion that contain alcohol if your nails are weak and brittle. You are more likely to break or chip them.
  • Nonfat yogurt is high is calcium, and its helps to keep your smile white and your teeth cavity-free.
  • If you have blue eyes, use taupe, gray, violet, purple, or deep blue eye shadow.
