  • If you have dry skin, remember to not wipe or rub your face. What you can do instead is to put your skin after washing.
  • Your eyebrow should start right above the inner corner of your eye, peak at the outer corner of your iris, and curves down towards the end.
  • Don´t eat past 8 PM. Eating late can cause bloating and puffing the next day.
  • Make your life meaningful by doing something you really enjoy. If you find your work satisfying, you stay younger and happier.
  • Citrus fruits hold your skin cells together by forming collagen. This is why it´s important to eat citrus fruits regularly.
  • At dinner, add crushed pineapple to coleslaw, or include mandarin oranges or grapes in a tossed salad.
  • Learn to breath deeply. Breathing deep down into the diaphragm has been shown to slow down the aging process.
  • Keep your lipstick in place while eating by keeping your outer lips off your eating utensils. Use your tongue and the insides of your lips instead.
  • If you have green or hazel eyes, use brown, apricot, purple, plum, deep khaki or forest green eye shadow.
  • When you are hungry, sniff on a peppermint or an apple. Studies show that you feel less hungry if you sniff since your brain thinks you are eating.
  • Eat oysters. They are a great source of zinc, which improves the health of your hair.
  • Don´t stand near the food at parties. You will be tempted to eat more than you need to.
  • Keep plants in your house, and grow flower garden if possible. Having plants and flowers around you is a great way to reduce stress and stay young.
  • Protect your skin from the sun! sun tanning cause unnecessary damage to your skin and inevitably leads to wrinkles.
  • Cut back on meats high in fat, such as burgers, and greasy fried foods, such as French fries.
