  • Fruits and vegetables provide essential vitamins and minerals fiber, and other nutrients that are important for good health.
  • Creamy coffee drinks are full of sugar, fat and calories, not to mention lots of caffeine. 
  • Choose vegetable oils (except coconut and palm kernel oils) and soft margarines (liquid, tub, or spray) more often. 
  • Daily exercise is important to increase blood flow to your skin and to stimulate the delivery of good oxygen and nutrients to your skin tissue. 
  • Read the food labels carefully and don´t be fooled by tricky advertisements. 
  • When possible, give your hair a rest. Go natural and leave off the styling products. 
  • Keep a bowl of cut-up vegetables in a see-through container in the refrigerator.
  • Tangled hair can be caused by your pillow case. Use a silk or satin pillow case, since these don´t tend to tangle your hair. 
  • Brush your teeth right after dinner so you can be reminded not to eat after that. 
  • Get into aerobic exercises keep your blood vessels healthy and improve your skin tone. 
  • Don´t eat just because you are bored. Eat only when you are hungry. 
  • Select vegetables with more potassium, such as sweet potatoes, white potatoes, white beans, tomato products, beet greens, and soybeans. 
  • Broil, grill, roast, poach, or boil meat, poultry, or fish instead of frying. 
  • Eating a large amount trans fatty acids raises blood cholesterol and risk of heart disease. 
  • When eating out, ask for salad dressing to be served on the side. Then use only as much as you need.
