  • Eat foods rich in antioxidants. There foods are: vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and red beans.
  • Kiwi is a great fruit to eat if you want to preserve your young skin. Kiwi is high in antioxidants, potassium, and vitamin C. 
  • Exfoliate your skin two to three times a week for radiant and smooth skin. 
  • Swiss, cheddar, or gouda cheese can block bacteria in your mouth and prevent cavities. 
  • Always apply your lip liner before applying your lipstick, and never use a lip liner that is darker than your lipstick.
  • Try to go 2 weeks without sweets. Your cravings will surely disappear. 
  • Have a glass of milk and a hard boiled egg each day. Rich in zinc, they´ll do wonders for your nails are spotted with white.
  • To get rid of acnes efficiently, eat 2-3 tablespoons of wheat germ with your cereal, yogurt or cottage cheese. 
  • A slice of raw potato can be placed under your eyes to reduce dark circles. 
  • Weigh yourself everyday, at about the same time each day, so that you can chart your weight loss progress. 
  • Don´t overeat. Stop eating when you start to feel full. 
  • Color always looks darker on your eyebrows, so remember to choose a color shade lighter than your own natural color. 
  • Prevent age spots by avoiding sun exposure and use sunscreen with on SPF 15 or higher. 
  • Regular hair trimming, about every 6-8 weeks, will keep your thin ends in check. 
  • Buy fresh fruits in season when they may be less expensive and at their peak flavor.
