  • Apply your skin moisturizer after a bath or shower so that you can lock the moisture into your skin.
  • When you tweeze your eyebrows, try shaping them in accordance with your facial features. This will enhance your looks.
  • Sticking your fingernails in lemon halves for 5-7 minutes will help clean and brighten them immediately.
  • Cigarette depletes your body of anti-aging Vitamin C, which is a key Vitamin for keeping younger skin plump, moist and healthy.
  • Buy a pedometer and start walking more each day. Make a point to add an extra 1000 steps each day.
  • When you blow dry your hair, keep the blow dryer at least 6 inches or 15 centimeters away from your hair and keep it moving constantly so you don´t overheat your hair.
  • If you want to avoid skin discoloration, minimize sun exposure and wear sunscreen when you are outdoors.
