  • Most fruits and vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories; substituting them for high calorie foods can be a calorie reducing strategy.
  • Your skin needs regular pampering and care. A good facial or refreshing face cream can help your skin look and feel great. 
  • Meditate to reduce your stress level, to improve your daily functioning, and to live a longer and happier life. Your skin will stay younger too. 
  • Nail polish is not harmful to your fingernails. It strengthens and beautifies your nails. Nail polish remover, however, is very drying. 
  • Improve your self-esteem. Research shows that confident people tend to accomplish more, lead more productive lives, and look and feel younger. 
  • Popcorn, a whole grain, can be a healthy snack with little or no added salt and butter. 
  • Keep your heart healthy by exercising daily and eating foods that are rich in Vitamin B, magnesium and zinc. 
  • Always curl your lashes twice for a more natural and rounded curl. Each curl should take about 30 seconds. 
  • Laser treatment can help reduce and eliminate age spots.
  • Cream is preferred and advisable for dry skin instead of a lotion because cream contains more oil content. 
  • Don´t skip breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. 
  • To soften your hands, rub your hands with warm olive oil, leave it on for 5-7 minutes, and rinse off with warm water.
  • Lower fat versions of many processed meats are available. 
  • Diets that are high in saturated fats can raise “bad” cholesterol levels in the blood. 
  • Do not smoke. If you smoke, you need to quit. Smoking makes your skin dry, dull and wrinkled because it destroys your skin collagen.
