Different masks for your eyes!

Shiny eyes need their rest if you want to keep their sparkle. You should relax your eyes several times per day. One method for this is to lay hour head on your hands and to cover your eyes. Then relax your neck muscles and be still for 10 to 15 minutes.

To keep your eyes from getting tired, we recommend you to drink up to five glasses of water per day, depending on your body weight and build. The best indicator of aging, stress and worry is alcohol use. Quality sleep is also vital for your eyes. If you hope to avoid wrinkles, then apply eye cream around your eyes before heading to sleep.

If you wish to moisturize the skin around your eyes, remember that the delicate area of our eyes only tolerates special treatments. For this reason, eye cream should be applied very gently using only your fingertips.

  • Eye cream
1 spoon of lanolin, ½ spoon corn oil, 2 spoons of cold boiled water. Melt the lanolin on a bowl of warm water and add corn oil. Remove from heat and add water drop by drop. Mix with a wooden spoon.

  • For sparkly eyes
Chop half of an average size cucumber. Dip a cotton pad previously doused in rose water in the cucumber juice and place the pads on your eyes at least twice per day, desirably in the morning and in the evening. It’s a good moment to lye down and relax. Cucumber juice, especially when mixed with lanolin and lemon juice, lightens dark circles around the eyes.

Another simpler way for achieving this is to dip cotton pads in black tea and then place the pads on the eyes.
