The main massage techniques are kneading, smoothing, rubbing, and pinching. Learn self massage during your holidays. With enough exercise, the moves will become automatic and the whole procedure will fit 40 minutes: 5 for every limb and around 15 for your body. A long walk and working on only one limb, e.g. a foot, is considered a partial massage.
