One good diet breakfast!
5 spoons of oatmeal
5 spoons of boiled and cooled water
1 spoon of milk or cream
1-2 spoons of honey
Pour the water onto the oatmeal and leave it in a bowl for the night. Add milk, honey and walnuts in the morning and stir everything thoroughly. The taste might be a bit strange at first, but you will get used to it in a few days time. Have this for breakfast for a month and you might not recognize yourself in the mirror soon after that!
