  •  Cleansing, exfoliating, toning, moisturizing, nourishing, and having a nutritious diet plus physical exercise are all good things for your skin.
  • Always remove makeup before going to bed, no matter how tired you might feel. Keep your skin clean overnight. 
  • Always use slant edge tweezers to tweeze your eyebrows for better precision. 
  • An easy and quick way to look fresh and alert is to splash your face with cold water and then gently pat it dry with a face cloth or tissue. 
  • Protect your skin from harmful UV ray damage. Use plenty of creams and lotion that have SPF protection all over your skin. 
  • Brush your eyebrow with a little Vaseline to make your brows shine and your eyes stand out. 
  • Applying fake lashes to the mid to outer lashes can make your eyes appear larger, fuller and more beautiful
  • Use a good quality eye moisturizer to hydrate the skin around your eyes. This will keep your eyes look healthy and fresh. 
  • Have fat-free or low-fat yogurt as a snack. 
  • Buy vegetables that are easy to prepare. Pick up pre-washed bags of salad greens and add baby carrots or grape tomatoes for a salad in minutes. 
  • Brown rice is more nutritious than white rice as it´s loaded with antioxidants, thiamine, niacin, potassium, vitamin E and fiber.
  • If your hair is dark, choose a slightly darker eye shadow colors. Plums, lavenders, greens, purples, and blues would be fine. 
  • Avoid salty foods. They can cause fluid retention and eye puffiness. 
  • Choose foods lower in saturated fat, trans fat, and cholesterol. You should check all three nutrients to make choices for a healthful diet. 
  • Eat slowly and allow your stomach time to signal to your brain that you are getting full.
